About Me:

Hey, hey and hello. Thank you for taking the time to pop in and read a little bit about me. I currently serve the Holland, MI (Grand Rapids) and surrounding areas (West Michigan), however am willing to discuss traveling to you if outside of my area.

I am the proud mother of two amazing teens (and have fostered multiple teens, which has been such an incredible journey). I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps shortly after high school and utilized my G.I. bill to obtain my Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University in Human Services and Psychology. In my mid 30s, I decided to head back to school to earn my Master's Degree at Western Michigan University and also obtained my certification in the Specialty Program on Alcohol and Drug Addiction, with a concentration as a Prevention Specialist. I work each day as if it were my last and love a good challenge. I thrive on adventure, which has gotten me into trouble a time or two. (Said as I giggle).

No matter what I’m doing or where I am, I can assure you that one of my Canons is close in proximity. I love meeting new people and learning from those who come into my life. My number one rule when you book a session with me is; you must be willing to have fun and laugh, because life is just too short and I can't have premature wrinkles for nothing; I LOVE to laugh. I'm laid back, silly and full of life. The areas of photography that I enjoy the most are High School Seniors, Newborns, and children of all ages. Because of my crazy schedule, I'm not taking many large sessions at this time, however I would encourage you to ask, because you just never know.
